How to remove "Marked Resolved" from ED user options?

I don't need this function as I'm not using ED for this reason. I would like to remove it on the front end.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You can easily turn this off by disabling the option "Enable Q&A" under Settings > Workflow.
