How to Remove Main Blog header from all pages?

Hi, my client is asking to have the Main blog title header removed from the blog layout and the top of every category page, another words completely removed. I have searched and have not been able to find the solution. I have found some items close be not the full removal. I am using Joomla! 3.2.1 Stable, and the latest Easyblog version, which BTY is awesome! Thanks for your help in advance. Gene
Hello Gene,

Please go to Backend > EasyBlog > Settings > Layout > Toolbar > Enable blog headers to NO
