I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

You can go to your site backend > extension > manage > manage > search for 'easydiscuss' > select all and click uninstall

Then go to your phpmyadmin (database), delete all the Easydiscuss table #__discuss_xxxx

Make sure that you have do the full backup before you do this.
