How to remove english language format in event calendar

hello,
if you clikc on a date in the sidebar mini-calender, the date bar in the main section shows i.e.

Today, 18th sept 2015

If you use another language, the 18th is still shown as it is done in english language.
how to set this to another language? I do not need the "th" in my language

This is actually stored in the language string. Take a look at the file /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini 



COM_EASYSOCIAL_DATE_MY="M, Y"

Hi Mark,
Thank you for helping. Removind the S from that format removes the "th" "and "nd" as used in English should anyone else wonder what to do.
