- first highlight : I would like to change 'Tout le monde' (Everyone) in => 'CLMs'

Do you mean you want to change what the text says? You may do so in the language file. If you are using the French language file, it should be in /language/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_easysocial.ini

- second higlight : I would like to hide the item 'Amis' (Friends)

Currently it is not possible unless you turn off the "Friends" app altogether from the Apps section at the back end of EasySocial.
