I can mark users in Comments or Post but how?

I am bit lost here actually. Did you meant you want to mark users comment/post as resolved? If yes, you have to make sure you have enable "Select Reply As Answer" under backend>Components>EasyDiscuss>ACL>*User types>Posts and Post Status as shown http://prntscr.com/chctyo and http://prntscr.com/chct94, but yo have to make sure under categories you have given permissions for "Moderation" for your user groups at Backend>Components>EasyDiscuss>Categories>*Types of Categories>Permissions as shown http://prntscr.com/chcufl.

If not can you elaborate more on your question? And maybe you can provide us with you FTP and Backend access for further check.

No i want to mark users in comments. Front End like this Post i want To make #abdul Warirh like this and he geht notified vi Email that someone has marked him in a answer.

It only can be achieve if you "convert to a reply" as shown http://prntscr.com/chexw6.
