How to manage the Tool bar?

Hi

I would like to customize the menu on the toolbar (if this word is correct ? pls see the highlight in ma capture attached) :
- add new menu
- hide existing menu
- re-order the menu

Yep, most of these can be modified in /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php

oh directly by editing a php file !

I would expect a kind of configuration file but that is fine
