Unfortunately that is not possible to show submenu in the Easysocial toolbar.

I think the better way to do this is add the submenu item under your site main menu which is display on the top.

Misunderstanding, my fault.

I just want to hide/add/rename some menu items of the one we can see in the 'black bar menu' (see my attached file)

I am sure that it is a basic setting but I don't find it.

Oh, I think that is my fault, I didn't read properly your first question in earlier.

Yes, that is possible to add new menu link under the toolbar, you have to modify the Easysocial core file which is : JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php

You can move this file under the template override file location JoomlaFolder/templates/yourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easysocial/toolbar/default.php so you do not need modify again when you update next Easysocial version.
