How to make users update their profiles info?

Hello. I’m going to add few new fields to user’s profiles.

Is it any way to force members to fill this new fields?

May be it’s possible temporary close site access before users update their profiles with new data?

Or the only way is to ask with Announcements (and users can ignore it).

Can you please give any advice?

You can enable this feature as shown in the screenshot which is at the backend's User Setting. https://take.ms/cY1Xz

So that they will always redirect to edit profile page when the profile is incomplete.

Yes, but old users can ignore it and not update a profile.
