Just wondering, is there a way of listing specific Quick Post items such as all videos, photos, texts, quotes..? The only filtering I've come across is by Categories. Seems odd:o

Yes, Easyblog do not have this such of filter in current system, perhaps I can help you move this thread to "Easyblog - feature request" category so we will see if there a lot of user request this feature, we will definitely consider implement this in the future.
