Hello Mayur,

Some people prefer to link EasyBlog profiles to it's own profile system instead of EasySocial and this is why we don't enable that integration by default.

What you can do is head on to EasyBlog's settings and change the avatar integrations to EasySocial as you can see here, http://take.ms/MfP3f

This way, whenever a user clicks on the avatar it would take them to the author's profile.
