how to limit the words on the news feed?

hi

how can I limit the number of words appearing on the feed? if a user post an article it floods the stream.

also how do i delete the post that i dont like?

If that stream item generated from your site Joomla article, you can manage this from backend > Easysocial > application > search for 'article' > Maximum Content Length
