How to limit the top bar to just super users

SI Team,

Was wondering how one goes about disabling or "hiding" the top bar (see attached) so that only Super Users see it. Right now the sites offline...but we'd like users to just see the article...not the top bar...

Appreciate the help.
These can be configured in the ACL of EasyBlog. Go to the ACL section, click on all of the groups except for the "Super Users" group and turn off the option Allowed To View Toolbar
