It seems to be for me you manage to enter to admin backend bynow, I have seen the code you mentioned already in custom css. But until now I didn't see the changes yet. The font still small on my mobile device although I have cleared the cache.

By the way, maybe you can clear your cloudflare cache first and see whether those changes done on your site take place or not. It those changes take place, there it should works fine now.

I have purged your Cloudflare cache and those css should works as it should now. Please give it a check and see how it goes.
