I definitely think that there's still some rooms for optimization on the webserver / mysql as it seems like the initial page load takes about 3s - 5s considering that you are on a dedicated server. Also it really depends on how big data you have on the database too.

On a normal cloud instance, the fastest load time that I was able to produce for a customer is about 1.2s - 2s for the initial page load.
