I am really sorry but unfortunately right now it's not possible to import users into EasySocial via a CSV file.

How about if I import Joomla users as there are many tools there.

Any tools to resync Joomla Users and Easysocial Users after I import Joomla Users?

If you are able to import them into Joomla, then you can just assign a "profile type" for these new users

If we drop ("empty") the Joomla users table and re-import the users into joomla, will EasySocial automatically pick them up ?
We are doing this because current users have wrong ID's from a previous import.

What about the existing users data (avatars and so on) .... how can we "flush" the entire EasySocial system for all users informations (profile informations, avatars etc.) ?

EasySocial will not "automatically" pick them up, if my memory serves me correctly, I believe when you access the "Users" area at the back end of EasySocial, it will display a notice

This is a great feature request, please put this on the roadmap. I have a similar issue where a CSV import tool would be excellent since we have a huge database from another system of users.

I can probably write a simple stand alone php script using Joomla + easysocial, but still would be nice to be built in.
