To temporary fix this, you can create 2 hidden menu item for this Easydiscuss Profile setting layout and Users layout menu type, and set to Access - Registered user, so which mean that when guest user click on member profile, they do not have permission to access.

I've also created two menu items, "Profile Setting Layout " and "Users Layout", in the hidden menu.
