I'm trying to get rid of the message "There are no activities here yet" on the login/registration page
(EasySocial » Dashboard » (User) Dashboard Layout)

Is there an easy way to do this?

EasySocial Version 3.0.5
Hi Rick,

This is quite tricky, because this language is also been used in other section of easysocial page, example for login-ed user as there is no stream in dashboard stream it will shows an empty message https://take.ms/cNz6L (where as here you can do language override for COM_EASYSOCIAL_STREAM_NO_STREAM_ITEM="There are no activities here yet" )

Or perhaps, you want to remove the section totally in the login page (for guest user) you can customize in the file:
.../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/dashboard/guests/default.php

The second option sounds more viable. I have found the file you identified but how to I remove that section - for a guest that is not logged in? (sorry I'm a newbie and am not familiar with this)

Hi Rick,

But if you remove this section guest user will never see the stream item once there is a public stream item posted into the stream item. If this is okay to you, you can comment out the code on line 31 https://take.ms/EuARO

Having said that, if you require us to perform the customization for you, you can always request for a quote from us at https://crm.stackideas.com and select "Customizations" . Our sales person would gladly send you a quote for the customization that you have requested.

Perfect!
(for some reason /* commenting them out */ did not work, so I kept a copy of the original and just removed the lines. It's perfect!
Thank you!
