How to hide "Subscribe to blog"

Hi,
in my Joomla registration page I can see the option "Subscribe to blog" with a tick box. This has not been there before I upgraded to version 5.
How can I hide this field and tick box?

I am really sorrry because I still not quite sure about this issue. Can provide a screenshot regarding this issue? and can you provide us with joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on this issue directly?

Hello Izaan,
please check with Ethan Quek. He has full access to our site. Screenshot is attached. The subscribe-option is the last field in the register form.

In order for you to disable the subscribe button, you need to disable the following plugin from your plugin manager, User - EasyBlog Users, http://screencast.com/t/kPaeUayEWr .
