Hello friends.
How to hide this feature: Show settings in Toolbar (Dashboard)
I Select 'No' in the options [Toolbar (Dashboard)],
but the function still appears in the menu bar

Good catch

It seems like we missed up this 2 checking from user dashboard, can you try download my attached file and replace into JoomlaFolder\components\com_easyblog\themes\wireframe\dashboard\toolbar\default.php and see how it goes?
