There is currently no way to turn this off but you can modify the theme file to change this behavior. I have applied some hacks internally and you can download and upload the attached file into /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/privacy/

P/S: Please also remember to change the default privacy for each privacy on the site Otherwise you will hit an issue where by default privacy is set to "Registered Members"

I've been asked if it would be possible to allow members to share with the admin only...

The company wants to show videos and images to their clients but wouldn't want their clients to talk between them.

Unfortunately this isn't possible right now Perhaps you want to try using EasyDiscuss for this?

In fact, I think I found a solution, hidding settings to customers, members listing, etc.

Admin can see all members shares but, is there a solution to add admin as member friend by default ? In the admin page or even adding it by phpmyadmin... something faster than to connect as each member and creating friendship with admin ?
This in the way to be able to use custom share to contact each customer individually
