Is there any way to hide the greeting in ES Dropdown Menu module?

You have to modify the code here : JoomlaFolder/modules/mod_easysocial_dropdown_menu/tmpl/default.php
Once you modified, you can create template override file location for this e.g. JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrentTemplate/html/mod_easysocial_dropdown_menu/default.php
