Please replace the attached file in ../components/com_easyblog/themes/dashboard/system/dashboard.write.options.php. This file will hide Frontpage, Send notification email, Created Date, Publishing date and Unpublishing date. As for the other options you can turn it off in ACL: http://screencast.com/t/xPTuYKcsn .
