There is no setting to do that but you can download and paste the attached default.php file into template override location which is at JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easysocial/users/default/default.php.
Hi Irwin, I think I will keep this for now. However, hiding this feature would be nice for an option, not sure how many users care about the profile types that are created on sites for the most part.
