In the ED demo, a popup appears when mouse is moved over user Avatar. How can I get it on my site?
Hello there. Can you provide us with your back-end and FTP access so we can have a better look at your issue?

After reviewing your back-end settings, I have turned off the "Enable Popover Avatar" under
Settings > Integrations > EasySocial

Have a look at the screenshot I took in the link below.

By turning off that setting, your website will automatically display the popup box integrated in ED when you mouse over user avatars, instead of trying to display popups that links to EasySocial which your website does not utilize.
