How to get rid of "Post as a Guest" option?

Hi,
Is it possible to get rid of option for Guest to make a post? How to make it? Please..

I want something like" To ad a Comment, please log in with Facebook. I use JFB Connect for people to login with Facebook. and can ad that buton as a module right above the Komento?
Hello,

You can go to Backend>Komento>ACL and turn off Add comment option for Public. Hope this helps.

i have tried this - turned off "ad comment" on public, refreshed, cleared cache etc... but the form for guests is still there. any ideas? am on the latest version. and joomla 3.2.1
