Hi
Despite being set correctly, the upcoming birthdays widget does not appear in the dashboard at all. I am using the 'dark' template.
Can you explain how to get the widget to show in the dashboard?
I have attached screenshots of my widget settings and the blocks on the dashboard.
I hope you can help, I missed many important user birthdays this last week and the users are requesting an 'upcoming birthdays' feture. I ahve seen a screenshot here in the forums of someone using this feature but I just cant make it work.
Thanks
Rod

Hello Rod,

Hm, it should work because we've tested this quite a number of times internally. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hi,

There are 2 parts to this.

1. Backend -> EasySocial -> Applications -> Upcoming Birthday. You will have to set the unique key to reflect the unique key that you are using in the Birthday Field in the profile. I've checked and your site is using FIELD_BIRTHDAY, and I've set it to FIELD_BIRTHDAY for you.

2. The app will check for the upcoming birthday within 7 days only. I've checked through your user database and all of the birthday are more than 7 days from today. Hence I've manually test this by altering 1 of the user's birthday to 2 days from today, and it is showing properly: http://cl.ly/image/0j2I3w3w3938 (I've reverted the birthday for the user that I've modified to his original birthday).
