Yep, you can just assign the necessary privileges to the user's Joomla group in the category permissions page. Go to the categories at the back end of EasyBlog, and click on a category. Then, click on the "Permissions" tab

I know that already. But in this way i can restrict only for Joomla usergroup? If i want restrict to a specific user?

Currently it is not possible to restrict the permission to a single user in easyblog . What you can do is creating a standalone user group that are not permitted to access specific category and assign the user with that user group that you have just created.
