If i'm not getting wrong your mean, you mean that you would like to remove this 'insert as gallery' button when the user click on the media manager in frontend? If yes, you can apply this CSS code in your template css file and see how it goes?

    display: none;

}

you're right I want to remove the button. 'insert as gallery' from Media Manager in frontend
But I'm not clear on which template css
I tried with: 'layout.css' and 'style.css' in the website template css file.
I have nothing called "template.css"

Because I'm not sure that what template you're using, normally the template also have a template css file, if your template doesn't have this file, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you apply this css code in your site? Please advise.
