Hi, can you clarify who will be sent posts? I may have misinterpreted one setup option. I had assumed that anyone regitered at Joomla site level will be get ourblog posts, but now I am doubting it.
How can I automatically ensure that anyone who is a Joomla user on our site receive blog posts? Is there an automatic link system, or do i need to download the whole list then re-upload it into Easyblog? It would be much better if it was automatic, as it would be kept updated ..
Cheers, Robin
Hi Robin,
What kind of notification/s are you referring to? Notification settings can generally be configured in the Settings>
Notifications
area(http://take.ms/ShdAz).

Yes, I have all of these ticked green.
However, it appears that some people are not receiving blogs, and it appears to be those who are listed in the Joomla User section on the website itself, but not actually on the EasyBlog Subscribers list.

If everything is ticked green in Notifications, should they be receiving posts?
Cheers, Robin

Hey Robin,
If you have the setting 'Notify every site user on new post' enabled, then all users on the site regardless of subscription should be able to receive notification for new blog posts.
If you are still having issues with this can you update your site details to include the 2nd layer access as I'm an unable to access your backend to investigate the issue: http://take.ms/64Cnn

I've updated the site access detail on 'Additional Details'.
Thanks, Robin

Hey Robin,
I have checked your settings and it seems to be set up correctly. You would have to test this out again and see if everyone receives the new blog post notification.
You can also check in the email activity section for those users that does not receive the notification to see if it's generated.
