I'm testing my site which is going live tomorrow(!) and can't seem to get the little "heart" icon at the bottom around the comments area to be enabled. It's greyed out an clicking on it does nothing. What am I missing? (See screenshot)

This is actually the comment likes which is available to logged in users. Have you logged into the site yet?
Ah unfortunately, it isn't possible to allow likes by guests for the built-in comments in EasyBlog In Komento however, we have a more robust ACL control for comments and as a guest, you will be able to like comments in Komento.
