Honestly, i am bit lost here actually. Is it you meant that after user register, they will automatically login to the site? If yes, you can change it at Backend>Components>EasySocial>Profile type>*You_profile_types>General as shown http://take.ms/JHeAw.

Maybe i have understand you wrongly, it would be best if you can explain more or maybe provide us with some screenshot and steps on how to replicate this.
