Hello!

How could I edit own menu links to the EasySocial toolbar? I mean in between messages symbol and the user menu (with own avatar) or the logged chain symbol if you are not logged in.
I thought it could be similar to another community component and edited a new menu named "Easysocial toolbar", but that did not work.
Hello Manuel,

You need to customize the theme file which is located in /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.profile.php

Hello Mark!

This file is for the dropdown menu, right?

I would like to add menu links into the toolbar, behind the dropdown menu where the home, messages ... symbols are.

The theme file is default.php I think, which is located in /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php !?!
Is there an elegant way to in include menu links, the idea I have is including a module like this
{module Easysocial toolbar}

Hello Manuel,

Yep, that's right. Hm, unfortunately you can't include menu links in the toolbar. I don't think it's advisable to treat the toolbar as another "menu" on your site. Ideally, you should just use the menus that are on your site

Hello Mark!

Thank you for your advise, but in my case I could not use the other menu. The toolbar is there anyway and it would be fantastic to edit 3 menu links.
Do I need a PHP developer to make this work, or is there a "easy way" to do it?

Hello Manuel,

Perhaps if you can provide me with some screen shots of what are you trying to modify?

Hi Mark!

Here is a screenshot of my modified toolbar, I use modules anywhere plugin to integrate the new menu links. This won`t work with submenu links, but in my case it is better then nothing

I think it would be a nice feature to customize the toolbar menu.
