For the 'Article' and 'Category' that appeared in your EasySocial toolbar search, these two are actually returned from Joomla indexed item. If you want to change the label for these two items, what you can do is to add below language string into your Joomla backend under Language override.

COM_EASYSOCIAL_SEARCH_TYPE_ARTICLE

COM_EASYSOCIAL_SEARCH_TYPE_CATEGORY
