To display the mini registration with the desired custom fields:

1. Make sure the quick registration setting is enabled: http://take.ms/QSLy5

2. In the respective user's workflow, enabled the quick registration visibility and save the workflow: http://take.ms/y6pQM

3. The field should now display in the quick registration form: http://take.ms/Cv8BE

We have around 5 profile types,
Is it possible that we have a checkbox with profile type title, instead of taking him to the desired profile type registration page that he selected on checkbox?

The quick registration form only populates the field from the default profile type.

Not sure what you mean about the checkbox, its actually not possible to select profile type in the quick registration form.

the mini registration Quick registration form does not show FULL registration page even if we check "full registration" in quick registration mode field.
It takes directly to the profile page, which we dont want., it should take to the profile choice page.

For quick registration full mode, it will always redirect to the profile page selected here(http://take.ms/xzfBB).

If you want to let users choose the profile type:

1. they can click on this in the profile page(http://take.ms/Q9Tur).

2. remove quick registration so that the button leads to profile type selection page
