Ah, that is actually articles in Joomla You can create an article and Joomla and insert your contents (you also need to style them accordingly). Then, create a menu item that points to that article to display them. On our site, we design everything on our own.

If you don't have the resources to design your own, you could try page builders. There are several page builders available on Joomla which helps you to build pages like this,
