I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. This is actually generated by the content plugin in EasySocial. To turn this off, go to Extensions Manager > Plugins and turn off the plugin "Content - EasySocial".

Thank you for your reply. I just spent about 45 minutes looking through my EasySocial and EasyBlog configuration menus - Even looked at plugging, but I missed this one. I'm working on a very complex site and sometimes it's easy to forget where certain controls are - especially when you haven't modified or tested them in a few months.
