You can't actually disable it but you can remove the html codes from the file /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/events/default.php

I have modified this file for you and you can find it under the attached area. Just upload it into /templates/YOUR_JOOMLA_TEMPLATE/html/com_easysocial/events/
