How to disable "Featured videos" [MOVED]

Hello. Admins can add videos to "Featured" list. How to disable it?
I can UnFeature every video to make to =0, but admins still can see button "Make video featured" and can do it.
Thanks.
Currently there is no way to disable featured videos and I do not think it makes sense to create a settings for every single possible feature.
