Unfortunately, there is no setting to disable the email notification for that at this point in time.
But you can customize the file:
/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/cron/hooks/videos.php

But I set up ES to encode uploaded videos instantly after uploading. So there is no need to send email.

Also I setup all alarms to display on site only (and don’t send emails). But there is no “Your video is successfully encoded” to disable it.
