How to delete "support is currently offline"?

Is it possible to delete or hide the mention "support is currently offline"?

I am actually testing this on your newclm.com site since that is the site is being supported. I have already disabled this on newclm.com

ED backend -> settings -> general -> work times

This should be related to that as far as I remember.

Hi Abdul,

Still doesn't work.

I try to not disply CAPTURE 2.

I tried to select "Enable Work Schedule' button (CAPTURE 1) then record the configuration but the button always come back to its initial status

Hey Henri,

It looks like the "Work" tab is still on your site. It is no longer in the latest version of EasyDiscuss. I have removed the unnecessary file and it saves fine now. The work settings are located under Settings > General > General tab

if we are talking about my http://clm-test.com/index.php/discussions page, the 'support status' is still displayed.

and I can not change the setting in EasyDiscuss >> General Settings >> General >> Work Schedule
