There is no setting to do that.

But you can download and paste the attached toolbar.php into the template override location which is at JoomlaFolder/templates/yourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easyblog/easydiscuss/toolbar.php.

Take note that you need to create the folders manually if you don't see it.
