Hello

Do we already have a standard admin profile to manage EB, ES and ED?
I would like that another registred member can access to the EB, ES and ED backend menus.

TIA
Henri
Hi Henri,

Do you mean you want to control which usergroups have access to which parts of the backend? If that's the case, you can configure those permissions at Joomla's global configuration(http://take.ms/LjcoY).

Hi Ray

I followed your advice (see the attached screenshot) but it seems not working :-(

Can you please double-check why my user 'Bikila' (pseudo) with the profile 'Administrator' can not see the admin menus EB, ES in the admin console ?

Hey Henri,

May I know which 'admin menus' you are referring to?

I created another user in 'administrator' group, similar to 'Bikila', and I'm able to see the allowed sections(http://take.ms/Ih9Us).

Hey Henri,

I am able to see those menu with the 'administrator' test user which I created(http://take.ms/apL8B). Am I missing something here?

If you still cannot see those menu under 'Components' with the user 'Bikila', can you provide me that user's access so I can login and check?

Hi Ray

I asked bikila to check on his side.
I will come back to you if needed.

FMI, did you modify some settings from my initial configuration?

Thx
Henri

Alright Henri.

I have not change any permission settings from your Global Configuration. I just created my test user under the user group 'administrator', then I logged in with that test user.

Hey Henri,

From the screenshot, it appears that is a different site, not your licensed domain(newclm.com) where I tested. Is the issue occurring on newclm.com or both?

And may I know which page is the user trying to access that led to the error?
