I need to create a field in registration that shows options depending the previous response

The first field could be a dropdown list with 2 options:

Option A
Option B

If they select Option A, then the registration form shows a dropdown list with this:

Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
Option 4
Option ...

I can use an option "other" if the previous options doesn´t fit with the preferences of the user but if theres a chance that when the user choose this "other" option it displays a textbox field so they can write anything they want, that would be perfect.

If they select Option B in the first field.. then the registration form shows a textbox field to allow them to write anything they want.
