Hello

1. I would like to create a Group that only a list of registred members can access.
The Group has to be invisible/hide for all register members and others

2. I would like to cerate a Group that only the 'Moderators' role can access,.
The Group has to be invisible/hide for all register members and others

how can I do that?

Thanks Henri
Hi there,

Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve this yet in EasySocial. We can create those groups based on their type only as you can see here http://take.ms/Tm5qj.

Perhaps it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request" so that everyone else could vote for it. We will prioritize this feature during the development process for the next major version of EasySocial if there are more people request on this.

I uderstand from your capture, that the two last categories of Group, 'Private Group' and 'Invite Only Group', are ... private

the diffrence between the two is that the 'Private Group' is easier to control for me, as people need to request to join it

the 'Invite Only Group' seems more 'uncontrolable' as every members of this private Group can ask people to join it

Am I correct?

Hi there,

the 'Invite Only Group' seems more 'uncontrolable' as every members of this private Group can ask people to join it

This type of groups will only can be joined if and only if owner/admin of the groups invite users into the groups. It wont be shown on your groups list and etc. Once you are invited and joined the groups, it will shown those groups on your groups list.
