How to configure permissions and notifications

Hello

I have a need that i can't find in EasyBlog. I tried to configure this:

User Group A (Sales): Authors (only write blogs in ONE category (sales) - no publishing)
User Group B (Sales): Publishers (become email when user A wrote a new blog to allow or deny it -> but only from Group A)

User Group C (HR): Authors (only write blogs in ONE category (HR) - no publishing)
User Group D (HR): Publishers (become email when user C wrote a new blog to allow or deny it -> but only from Group C)

Do you know what i mean? Its possible to realize this with easyblog?

Hi there,

I believe you are referring to post moderation and sending those moderation(by email) to its moderators respectively. You can configure them accordingly on ACL sections accordingly based on each users groups as you can see here http://take.ms/ZKv0g

But those prompted steps are for post publishing only and those emails moderation will be sent out to all of your super admin currently. And currently, there are no other ways for us to differentiate which moderators to sent out those notifications as those notifications will be sent out to all Super Admin.

Please advice.

Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately it is not possible to achieve this yet in Easyblog.

Perhaps it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request" so that everyone else could vote for it. We will prioritize this feature during the development process for the next major version of Easyblog if there are more people request on this.

I talk about EasyBlog not EasyDiscuss. But anyway - in case that i need this running next week i think i gonna programm this myself. But thanks for fast reply.
