How to configure EasyDiscuss as Kunena's Index page?

Is it possible to set up the forms and categories like the Kunena index page on the front end? I like that layout since it seems more logical and not confusing. For example:

Main Forum
Main forum Description
Welcome Mat.
Welcome mat forum description
Suggestion Box
Suggestion Box Description

In EasyDiscuss, when you click on the Categories tab, that's similar to how I would image an EasyDiscuss index page. Right now, EasyDiscuss feels like a support ticketing system instead of a "Forum"

Actually, we got forum page that looks almost similar with Kunena's index page, where we have implemented the forums view instead of ticketing system view.

Maybe you can give us some view that can differentiate the forum page with the Kunena's index view? as I view the structure is almost the same
