How to change the profile type of a user?

Hello,

I must of miss something!! I created two different profile in Easysocial. Now everything looks to work correctly except that I cannot find the way to change the profile type of a user after registration.

Ex: user 1 select profile type "A" at registration but decide to upgrade his account to profile type "B".


I don't see any option to change profile type in front-end (as a user), neither in the back-end (as administrator).

How can I do this?

Hi Aikigi,

In the back end go to EasySocial control panel. Go to users. Beside each user you will see a small tick able box. Click on the user, or users, you would like to switch profiles. Then scroll to the top of the page and you will see a 'Switch Profile' button. The rest is obvious.

Also, make sure that all the users you picked before changing their profile are all from the same profile of course.
