It seems there are some hardcoded language strings in the Echo template, same with the social login buttons. I have reported this to the devs so this should be fixed in the next release.
As for the background image, by right it should follow EasySocial's background login image in Settings>General>Login. However, it doesn't seem to be working currently. I have also reported this to the devs.

If you want me to provide a temporary fix for the language strings and background image, you can provide me your ftp access so I can apply the files.

I saw that even comes with small problems, Echo 1.0.1 fixed the problem of the login via .ini languages.
So I changed by myself! ;-)

Still searching where is the image to replace...

For changing EasySocial's login background image, the configuration should be located at Settings>General>Login
