How do I change the description and default text for the email and password fields?

Also, how do I turn on/off the default text? --> I see the option to do this for the description, but not the default text.

Thanks -- Philip
Thanks. I don't know if I necessarily want to turn them off yet, but I at least want the option to edit them. ES does a great job of letting users do this for new ES fields, but not necessarily for existing Joomla fields.

Thanks for the help.

Hello Philip,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It's pretty easy actually Just click on the "Core" tab as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/ywAESeU5LFg

Thanks for getting back, Mark. That's usually where those options are available, but it's not for the email and password fields. See attached.

Hello Philip,

Ah, do you mean the placeholder? Unfortunately it can't be turned off currently But why would you want to switch it off :P ? You can edit the theme file which is located in /media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/joomla_email/themes/default/content.php and remove the codes below:

placeholder="<?php echo JText::_( 'PLG_FIELDS_JOOMLA_EMAIL_SAMPLE_EMAIL_ADDRESS' ); ?>"
